Where can I purchase Glominix items?

Glominix items are exclusively marketed online by our registered agents. We kindly invite you to visit the ‘Buy Section’ here, or if you prefer, please feel free to contact our hotline at 011-2095 8143. Thank you for considering Glominix.

We would like to inform you that you have the option to monitor the progress of your order online.

Glominix Online exclusively dispatches orders to addresses within Malaysia & Singapore only. Orders to P.O Box addresses cannot be facilitated.

We value your privacy. Your provided information will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

We trust you’ll be pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. For further details, please consult our Returns Procedure.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, which are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding major public holidays.

Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Most orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

We regret to inform you that Glominix only delivers orders to addresses in Malaysia and Singapore. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

Only orders with complete details and within the coverage area of Poslaju and Ninjavan will be processed and shipped.

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at 011-2095 8143. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) are not available
  • Cannot ship to the address provided
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • By customer request
  • Purchase limits have been exceeded

 

You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Service at 011-2095 8143

Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday, excluding major Public Holidays.

Delivery Charges & Options

Below are the shipping service options and delivery times available for your Glominix online order.

Standard Delivery

  • Free delivery for all orders.
  • Most orders shipped via Standard Service are delivered within 3 – 5 business days (West Malaysia) and 3 -7 business days (East Malaysia) from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

We are sorry Glominix only delivers within Malaysia & Singapore.
 

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will attempt a second delivery.
  • If both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt), the parcel will be returned back to us.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery and notify us within 7 business days from delivery that you intend to return or exchange the item.

The product(s) to be returned must be unopened and in their original packaging. Any products which have been opened and/or used are not eligible for returns.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Damaged Item(s)

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 011-2095 8143

Please provide the your name and  phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please ensure to retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
